The below table lists our Computer Aided Dispatch incidents by month. The CAD system was installed in Nov. 2002. Prior to that time, records were kept by handwritten complaint cards and logs. The CAD system better tracks and documents incidents. These numbers reflect the total number of incident cards created by the center which resulted in a call being dispatched, referred to a public safety agency or information logged by a public safety agent such as routine security checks of personal and private properties.
